ABOUT MYSELF
Welcome to my website! My name is Alistair Westcott and I am a registered marriage officer.
You might be looking for someone to conduct your wedding, and if this is so, look no further. I
conduct services in either English or Afrikaans or in a combination of both languages. My wedding service
can be casual or formal and can be suited for all kinds and sizes of weddings. I adapt my services to suit denominational,
traditional and personal weddings, as well as renewal of vows for heterosexual couples. It is important to bear
in mind that the focus of my services is based on God's love, which is also the most important basis of a marriage.
I also do premarital, marriage and relationship counselling.

A LITTLE MORE
Because I was born in Durban and attended the University of Natal where I attained a BA degree. I still support
the Sharks. I also attained a Diploma in Theology at the AFM Theological College in Johannesburg, a post-graduate
diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (Pretoria) and Communications III
(Unisa, Pretoria).
I started out as a teacher at Pinetown High School and Cowies Hill Junior High School and then became a pastor at the
AFM Church in SA which included being pastor at Malelane, Reitz, Despatch, Carletonville, Naboomspruit and Pretoria.
I still live in Pretoria where I perform marriage ceremonies not only in Gauteng, but all over the surrounding provinces
and the rest of South Africa.
